In order to guarantee the quality of products, your ordered goods need to be prepared before they are shipped out. Strict Quality Control is performed on the products before carefully packaging your items. This process typically takes 2 to 5 business days before shipping out your order.

Due to the geographic location of our shipping warehouses and distribution centers, shipping times can range from 2 - 4 weeks. We are striving to shorten the order delivery times, and we greatly appreciate your patience. A USPS tracking number is provided for domestic (US) orders.

Return Policy

If you're not happy with the product you received or it is not as described, we promise that you may return it before exceeding the 7 day order completion timeframe (starting from the day you receive the product) and receive a full refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
